About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MA #10608) and Postpartum Support International Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C) specializing in therapy for OCD and Perinatal/Maternal Mental Health. I am committed to supporting individuals through some of the most challenging and transformative periods of their lives. I bring a strong combination of expertise and compassion to my practice.

How I Work

I utilize a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, integrated with narrative therapy, metaphor, strengths-based counseling, and a comprehensive understanding of human functioning. This multifaceted approach is designed to support your journey towards improved well-being. My practice is LGBTQIA+ Inclusive and Body Inclusive. I NEVER use AI transcription tools.

My practice is a safe and confidential place to discuss reproductive health issues, including neonatal loss, termination, fertility, and other related topics. Your privacy is protected both by my standard privacy practices and the laws of the state of Massachusetts.

My Team

I operate as a sole proprietor, and therefore all of your interactions will be directly with me. My feline associate Charlie assists on telehealth calls.

Services Offered

I provide individual counseling for individuals struggling with OCD and a variety of mental health issues related to pregnancy, birth, neonatal loss, becoming a parent, fertility treatment, and co-occurring mental health problems.

Out-of-Pocket Payment

I offer variable out-of-pocket payment for clients out of network.

Patient Demographics

I work exclusively with adult clients. Although I may interact with infants as part of my perinatal work, I do not see children or adolescents individually.

Medication

Prescribing medication is not within my scope of practice. While I can discuss medication options, recommendations and prescriptions must be handled by someone who practices using psychiatric medication, such as a Doctor, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner.

Insurance In-Network Listing

Being listed as in-network by your insurance does not obligate me to take you on as a client. Therapy requires a good fit between therapist and client, which is why I conduct initial phone consultations.

Service Area

Clients must be physically located within the state of Massachusetts.

Legal and Mandated Services

I do not provide mental health consultations for legal issues.
I do not provide court-ordered testing or treatment.
